Card Capacity and Capture Quanity
As a rule of thumb the following size memory card is a recommended minimum:

128 MB or higher for a 3 megapixel

256 MB or higher for a 4 megapixel
12 MB or higher for a 5 megapixel

1 GB or higher for a 6 megapixel
2 GB or higher for a 8 megapixel
4 GB or higher for a 12 megapixel
