Boracay, Kalibo, Aklan

The most famous stretch of white-sand beaches in the entire country. Located off the tip of Panay, Boracay is a regular in the “Best Beaches” lists. It has become the most popular destination for both local and foreign tourists and definitely a must-go-to place at any time of the year. Peak non-summer seasons are during Christmas and New Year, Chinese New Year, and Holy Week. White Beach, which is also known as Long Beach, is the most popular in the island and is one of the best beaches in the world. Puka Shell Beach, though less than a kilometer long, is a stretch of white sand beach that’s famous because of its rare white puka shells, which are believed to be the best in the world. Bulabog, on the other hand, is an ideal spot in Boracay for windsurfers.

Hundred Islands, Pangasinan



Of the 123 islands that make up the group, the three most famous (Quezon Island, Governor’s Island, and Children’s Island) are definitely must-visit spots. Pick one among the three, or rent a boat and have yourselves dropped off and picked up at an island of your choice. Enjoy the white sand and clear waters at an island all to yourselves. Pangasinan’s most popular attraction is a cluster of small, white sand beaches with waters that are conducive for surfing, boating, snorkeling, and diving.

Pagudpud Beach, Ilocos Norte



Though it’ll take you half a day’s worth of travel by land, the trip will definitely be worth it once you see the long stretch of white sand, the crashing waves of the sea, and the strong winds. Pagudpud’s beaches has been a popular destination of wind and wave surfers, and those who want to really get away from it all. Pagudpud and Saud beaches, which are two of the most beautiful in the country, have become popular tourist destinations.

Panglao Island, Bohol

The most popular beaches on this particular island in Bohol are Alona Beach, Doljo Beach, and Momo Beach, all three of which have white sand beachfronts and waters ideal for scuba diving.

Dakak Park Beach Resort, Zamboanga Del Norte



This less-than-a-kilometer private beach, which faces the clear blue waters of the Sulu Sea, is a blanket of white powdery sand. Local and foreign tourists can enjoy themselves out in the open sea or in one of the resort’s two pools, which are fed by natural spring water and waterfalls. However, if you prefer a more intimate experience, then you best hie away to the private open-air Jacuzzi.

Siargao



There is not one surfer who does not know about Siargao, a teardrop-shaped island in Surigao. Snorkeling is also a popular water sport in the areas of Maricaban’s Cemetary Beach, Red Palm Beach, and Sepok Point.
