• ORB TV app streams live TV from your computer. “Orb pulls files off your PC and streams them to any device with an app or web browser capable of accessing the Orb interface.”
• Packet Video also has a receiver that is able to stream mobile TV to devices with no mobile TV reception, it works by receiving DVB-H, MediaFLO or WiMax signals.

Here is a iPhone app (not live streaming and only works on WIFI) but content is filed and categorized so you can choose your content so you are not the mercy of just waiting what will be shown on your TV. You can find on the iTunes Apps Store, it is called Television. You create your content and watch optimized videos for iphone so downloading is fast, in some cases even faster than downloading videos from youtube.

iPhone TV advertising will be on the rise if this and other future apps, bring better and timely content to the users. even maybe killing out the pocketable DVB-H compatible mobile TV phone.
