    I met our top client at starbucks Paseo de Magallanes along Makati, at 1:30PM today,March 06,2008. My counterpart Ms Kat Duenas placed our orders (coffee jelly,frapuchino and cookies)The official receipt is in her posession, you can verify it her cellpone number is 09178000729. Our client Ms.Ventura hinted that she had not taken her lunch. I suggested we might as well go to the nearest restaurant. Ms.Duenas reacted by saying “Huwag na po nakakahiya sa starbucks nandito na tayo,Why not mag take out na lang kayo sir sa Leu Kwen ng anything”. And so I did,I ordered dry noodles and shrimp dumpling. When I went upstairs (2nd flr of Starbucks) with the “take out” from Leu Kwen and offered to our client who had not taken her lunch. Ms Mayette of Starbucks POLITELY approached us, instructing us not to eat the take out food for the simple reason that the soy sauce and the chinese food is affecting the coffee aroma of starbucks. We were very surprised in her statements “sir naamoy po hanggang sa ibaba yung chinese food, bawal po”. We politely obliged and in dismay hastily repacked and stopped eating. We commented “I thought this is a free country and I thought starbucks is a business friendly place where we can call it “THE THIRD HOME OR PLACE”,we were taken aback. I suggest you come up with a info that take out food or anything that is not starbucks is prohibited in your coffee shop. I suggest also that Mayette should let my client finished her lunch and then advise us next time it will not be allowed.Anyway that will be the last coffee that I will sip to your prestigious coffee bar. sALAMAT PO

    last friday i went to starbucks sm sucat,and place my order for my 2 ofismates..at first di pa nila lam kung ano sa kanila,,but when i ordered my coffee and taste it,,sabi nila ” same with you n lng samin!” they love the coffee that i bought! and one thing i’ve learned ung mga types of coffee ng starbucks from mild to bold coffee,,on my next payday one of my ofismates are planning to buy ung mild type of coffee,,yummy tlg STARBUCKS!

    Me and my husband are Starbucks fanatic! The place is so cozy..it gives us a cool ( bec. of the beverages ) warm ambience…The staff are all very friendly and accomodating…whenever we feel like having a frappucino or cinnamon swirl, or ham and cheese, we only have Starbucks in mind…Sometimes if we need to meet clients, we bring them to Starbucks…More power to you and to the staff..I wish to mention here Starbuks, pacific star, century place in Q.C. , Timog, and Panay are all corteous, friendly and great!

    I love your mocha frap and or green tea frap specially while passing the time with friends at any of your starbucks outlets, but what I enjoy most or really look forward to is sipping one of my favorite drinks at the end of the day while reading a book inside your coffee shop then at the same time listening to your jazz music, sometimes also munching your ever delicious banofie pie. It’s like a breath of fresh of air or a walk in the park or a stroll by the seashore during sunset..This is one coffee experience that I would definitely love to do all over and over again. Of course, thanks to Starbucks for creating such a coffee experience for me.

    I like everything in Starbucks! The coffee, the food, the aroma, and the coziness of the whole place. I’m so relaxed and refreshed when I’m inside one.     am a frequent coffee drinker at starbucks bacolod w/c opened a few mos ago. got this free coupun last mar 9 and d cold java coffee was great, now that summer is here. last nyt a friend invited me for another cup at starbucks bacolod , i really enjoyed the coffee, my friend left earlier and when i left, i was surprised that my cellphone was nowhere to be found. askd d on duty person and the guard to log in my complain, a fellow customer stood up as she noticed a man and a woman, changing tables, picked up a magazine and my cellphone placed on the edge of the chair where i was sitting. i was enjoying the coffee, the music and the magazine i was reading that i didnt noticed that my cp was no longer there. YES, its my fault for being so *tanga*, or was it becoz im so engrossed wd sipping that strong, rich aroma coffee of yours, with that music and magazine? For me, i have to go back and back to drink that coffee with a new cp, placed on the table infront of me. julian

    My experience was great, Annala had a great attitude, Claire big happy smile, and Jay and Dannelle were very friendly. I think the Fulton & Guerneville Starbucks is now our place to go! The coffee is the BEST too.

    im a fanatic of expresso frap…venti size as always.,,,,d taste is so yummy that i felt addicted always…cant complete a day with out a venti size frap….its so yummilicious….thumbs up….

    suggestions…can u make promos on your products…like buy 1 take 1…coz, ive visited singapore last end of april…they have this buy 1 take 1 promo…y is it that we dont have here in the philippines ??? thanks

    I tried many Starbucks stores and find out that they all have their own coffees favor. Some are too light, some are too strong. in general. it is still
    the best I never try. My favorite coffees are Caramel Machiato triple shots and Caramel Frapuccino.

    All of you at Starbucks (especially Dewdney Trunck & 2) are the greatest!! Always, always, always super friendly. I Absoulutely can not go a day without my Venti Chai Latte, if I can’t go myself at some point during the day I get my husband to go after work for me. He got used to carrying around in his wallet this little note with my Latte special instruction on it. I can’t say enough about your wonderful drinks, and your wonderfrul staff.     Everyday it’s a Venti Chai Latte,(if not two) and my book.I really enjoy the staff’s extremely friendly service. (usually Dewdney Trunck & 2 ) I just can’t say enough about Starbucks…Two Thumbs Up !!

    Starbucks is my comfort room. Please don’t think about the..you know… the place where we…….It’s such a comfort room for me because whenever i’m inside i feel so relaxed and comfortable. Most especially when I’m in the corner spot with 2 sofas and small table. That’s my favorite spot where i can sit and lean on the soft chair. May I suggest, why don’t you add such like chairs in replace to the wooden chairs? I think that will attract more customers to keep coming back. So far my visits were great and satisfactory. The coffee is good. Also the bread, the cinammon roll, tastes excellent. The employees are friendly and accommodating to customers. Keep going and improving your craft!!

    not really a coffee lover , but when i tried a cold beverage from starbucks, love the taste … and was as well surprise of the various drinks and coffee they offer .. that just fits my concern for caffeine consumption… the place as well is a good choice for meeting… keep it up starbucks!!!.

     Everytime I feel very exhausted for all the stress, bulk and deadlines of so many reports in the office the first thing that comes to my mind is to go to Starbucks and take a much needed break. I like the ambiance , the music is really good and of course your coffee plus the barista are all nice and friendly,

     I think it is a great idea to recycle used coffee grounds and put them back to use. My garden has been enjoying Starbucks first class coffee grounds. Boni High Starbucks outlet is a great source.

     for me, i find Starbucks caffe is a good quality, because when i want to have a cup of caffe, i would like to enjoy drinking it. Moreover, i like the atmosphere in Starbucks, one can feel comfortable, as home. at the other hand, the price is bit high.
