i hope this case would make it to national news for every one in the advertising, journalism and all media practitioner to be aware of the right of every one on their work. when copying a photo online to just acknowledge or ask permission of the photographer or the person who own the peace of work.

I hope that you win this case. Plagiarists shouldn’t have the gall to behave like that. If they thought that they were downloading stock photos, the least they could do is apologize for it. Now it has come to this. Tsk.

Whatever happened to responsible journalism? This is theft, plain and simple.
