this is great news, indeed. i hope that all other photographers who ’s copyright was infringed may be compensated for the loss that is due them.

this is also my idea why we at ipr-photo are soliciting stories on copyright infringements (http://ipr-photophilippines.blogspot.com/). ipr-photo may not have the clout as of the moment but exposing copyright infringements committed by companies/ image-users will put them into bad light and in a way compel them to take action especially if such stories were picked-up by the press or big media entities, such as your case.

unless there is no pressure put on them, they (infringers) won’t shake up their ass (excuse me for the word).
