   inefficient,unproffesional & unethical staffs,Walter Mart Branch.i asked hw long is their waiting time for more or less 88 pictures,10 8r the rest is 4r.the lady told me for 30 min.,knowing that time (430pm,tue.)i noticed that the store dont have much customer with fully force staff 4 or 5 . i leave the store for a while even the lady said “ipiprint n nmin” i returned back “mam balikan n lng po nu.” i returned after 2hrs.,i gave the receipt agn.”sandali lng po”, there you go no feedback from the lady, knowing there were all chatting who&whos to stay for clossing time, fun teasing each others not approriate to be heard esp. for us customers,throwing memory card to others staff it almost hit the other customer.it seems that proffesionalism is not implemented, courtesy wise. So i asked know with toned so i can be noticed ( considering the circus arena or wat u call it a “palengke” type of shop) . MISS TAPOS NA BA?.Know they realized it business time.In other words they still printing it and i checked the 4r’s since its the one to be printed first “DAW”i notices 34pcs only,i askd for person in chrge, whos just there in front of me, not attending to the customers needs. You call that a Group Leader. G.L. duties is to monitor the flow of the shop@transactions maintain customer satisfaction etc. I waited again but with no any apologies from them or explanations. I decided to refund my full paid amount.I suggest for transfer or send them to customer service seminars.I experinced the quality service of gateway and glorietta
   I salute you guys! considering the load of customers and yet guaranteed customer satisfaction.

   nag papicture ako s picture city novaliches branch grabe di marurunong yung staff don, sbi ko kc msyado complicated yung japan visa picture kelangan mlinis ska sakto mga sukat, biruin mo pgkakuha samin may mlki ang mukha tpos yung picture wla ng tenga tpos dirty white yung background tpos yung pgcut ng pictures tabingi pa,,, nsyang lng pera ko rejected mga pictures,,,,kung nbbsa nyo pki ayos nmn yung work nyo bka lalong dumami complaints nyo!!!!!!!!!!!

   in reply to Abet, in Australia, we only go to one place to get our passport photos which is australia post, or kodak express but they MUST follow GUIDELINES. you should get yourmoney back or report them with Consumer Affairs of the Philippines. SCAM YANG GINAGAWA NILA

    I’ve been to other places or branches of PICTURE CITY… one thing for sure, staff even OIC (Margery V.), Area Manager (Ofel Q.), ( this people I meet in Iloilo branch), has no proper breading, untamed, their like bore pigs in wilderness……

    I was one of the lucky ordinary customers who have passion in taking picture’s… Picture’s ment to last… it is a good memory to cherish with…

    But the coordination towards the staff… info given to the staff… training given to staff… especially for the OIC and Area Manager were inefficient…

    This comments are just few to mention… they must hire OIC, Area Manager w/c competent enough to deliver effective, efficient, warm treatment to customer and sensitive enough to other staff, customer’s, I suggest they should conduct or sent these persons to personality enhancement and undergone re training program.

    Dump you two..

    ALABANG TOWN CENTER BRANCH
    i had a bad experienced regarding your service to your guests.
    my classmates and i went to your photoshop to have our group picture. we are aware that your company is one of the best store. this what had really happened to us. i, Nikki, is the one who paid the said amount of the barkada package worth 50php with a change in 100php. after taking our pictures the photographer gave to me the stub. after 1 hour we came to the store to get our pictures it took long before they gave to me and for that reason we reached the manager so that he can help me. then after the manager look for our receipt but we don’t have anything. the photographer search in the computer if we had transaction their. and they didn’t find anything. and then the photographer asked again for our payment and we insist that we paid already. he said that i was holding 50php for the payment but it was really 100php. they insisting that we really not paid for the package.
    your still responsible to gave us a receipt. but some of your customer your not asking for a receipt.
    (Ginugulangan niyo lang kami kasi alam niyong estudyante at bata kami. hindi kami mangmang. napaka pangit ng service niyo, if im asked if i would refer it to other friends and relatives i would say a Big NO, NO, NO.)
    becareful to others when you do it again, bka makatapat niyo mas mangulang pa sa inyo.

    to those who will be the customer of picture city, be aware to their staff..

    At isa pa.. sabihin nyo sa staff nio na.. WAG MUNANG MAGBIBIGAY NG STUB KUNG DI PA BAYAD..

    Are you checking the MORALITY of your staff? Just to inform you, that one of your employee named MERCY AGNES CODERA is “KABIT, HOMEWRECKER, KULASISI”… yeah, it’s true believe it or not…. Looks can be deceiving talaga… Kaya ingat na lang kayo sa babaeng yan… ang type niya kasi talaga mga married man… hindi lang 1 o 2 dalawa ang kinakabit niyan.. ang pagkaka alam ko, 4 na yata… gold digger kasi din yan eh… hopeless na kasi yan kaya ganyan…. sabagay nakaka awa din naman… sige na nga bigyan na natin siya ng benefit of the doubt…. pity of you girl….
