Masskara 2006 Festival Winners! Barangay 23, 32 and Singcang!

Barangay 23 beat 21 other contingents saturday to win the Masskara Festival Street Dancing competition for the barangay level. They won a trophy and P100,000 plus P5,000 for each Best in Concept and Best in Choreography.

Barangay 32 won first runner up receiving P75,000 and a trophy while Barangay Sicang comes in as second runner up winning P50,000 plus trophy. Barangay 32 won the Best in Costume while Barangay Singcang won Best in Call and Response, and Barangay Handumanan was besk in Mask Design.
