Digital Photography For Kids – A Photography Workshop for young shutterbugs!
Kids aged 7 to 12-May 3 (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)
This workshop will tackle the basics of digital photography through a classroom lecture, a supervised photo shoot, and a photo clinic. Especially designed for the young minds, this photography workshop is a fun and learning activity in one.
It will cover the following topics such as:
- Defining photography and how it began
- Composing and designing your photographs for visual impact
- Using a point-and-shoot camera (parts, functions, handling, and storage)
- PLUS: Tips on shooting people, landscape, close-ups/macro, moving objects, night, and even travel photos!

Speaker
Dennis Balangue has been a semi-professional photographer for the past five years. He has photographed numerous celebrities and some of Europe’s well-celebrated scenes. He is also servicing some of Studio 23’s photography needs. He has mounted an exhibit with fellow-photographer Joel Bondoc at The Alcove photo gallery.
Fee
Workshop fee is Php2,500.00 inclusive of handouts, equipment use, meals, and
certificate.
Due to the limited slots available, please confirm attendance at least a week prior by placing a P500.00 partial payment. A 10% early bird discount will be extended to those who will settle their payment in full on or before the deadline.

The Society of Portrait Photographers of the
Philippines (SPPP) is celebrating its 12th year this
2008. In line with the anniversary, the club shall be
holding a seminar on outdoor glamour portraits on
March 8 to 9, 2008 at the Lopez Farm in Naic, Cavite.
The seminar will be conducted by portrait photographer
Mr. Ibarra Deri.
Seminar fee is pegged at an anniversary treat of
P1,500.00 (seminar, meals & accomodations). Slots are
limited and shall be entertained on a first come,
first served basis.
