It was just supposed to be a business meeting that turned into a feast fit for a King! We were heartily suprised to be treated as royalty in La Maison Greenbelt 5. A short meeting that turned into a Food tasting fanfare that filled our stomachs with delight in trying some new dishes at La Maison in Greenbelt 5.
It was a busy day for me, just came from a shoot so had my camera handy to take photos of the food before we devoured it.. here is basic review of the food and service of la maison at greenbelt 5.
Seabass panfried to perfection, the seabass just melts in your mouth.. good stuff for the diet and health conscious

Imported Baby Back Ribs! Perfect with the Honey Chili Sauce.. at first i thought this dish was bland till i tried it with the honey chili sauce on the side.. spicy and sweet.
US Beef Belly! not for the faint of heart! Taste is heavenly but needs a little kick or spice to make it fit for a King! Good stuff but laced with too much fat.. for those healthy conscious, non xenical drinkers… ask for a better portion of meat to minimize the fat. I shaved off most of the fat from this dish and I was only left with a few slices of meat, but the meat was good.. tender but needed a little spice to take away the sweetness “sawa” factor.. definitely would work with garlic or some spice.. not chili since the earlier Dish alread had the Honey Chili Sauce.
The La Maison Sampler, the best of the best.. 5 most popular dishes of the the restaurant in one sampler.. will be launched as a promotional Item to give the customers a taste of the best dishes without having to order all the 5 dishes.. a teaser of sorts to help you find your favorite poison. should be out soon…
The Perfect Order… US BABY BACK RIBS, the mushroom gravy was right on the dot, the rich flavor of the meat came out.. perfect for a meat lovers meal.. it was tender and juicy.. the meat came right off the bones.. this was the first dish that was wiped out and I wasnt surprised.. this is something i will definitely come back for..
