photo in 8 x 10 must be accompanied by entry form in triplicate

NOTE: All entries become the property of MBC, which will have the right to reproduce, exhibit, or publish the images for promotional purposes, indicating/acknowledging the photographer. MBC may display the prints in a public venue, or publish them for the purpose of promoting Aliwan Fiesta, without any financial compensation to the photographers.
