Was walking around Dumaguet and saw a poster of the 2nd Kabulakan Festival. The highlight of the Festival happens on May 24 with street dancing happening at 3pm.
Why May? - The month of May in Dumaguete City is the time when Mother Nature shows its best colors, flowers bloom ad trees are lush and full of life.

May 16 - Grand Opening of the 2nd Kabulakan Festival, Dance Competition and Fireworks
May 16-25 Food Fair and Bazaar
May 17 - Ballroom Dancing
May 19 - Flower Arrangement Competition
May 21 Bonsai Making Demonstration
May 23 - Fashion Show
May 24 - 2nd Kabulakan Festival
