DFA Passport Call Center Finally Open Its Doors To New Applicants

Good news for those that need to get their passports!

New Passport applicants can now enjoy world-class call center services through the phone-in processing of their passports.Pilipinas Teleserv Inc., the foremost citizen services partner of the Department of Foreign Affairs, finally opened its call center services to new passport applicants, allowing for phone-in, pick-up, pre-processing and door-to-door delivery of every Filipino­s passport with the DFA Passport Direct service hotline (02) 737-1000.

The DFA Express Passport Delivery service (02)737-1000 is a 24-hour passport assistance and ordering hotline for all Machine Readable Passport (MRP) applicantís. New and renewal applicants can now call and have thetheir MRPrequirements picked-up and pre-processed for them. After pre-processing, the applicant will be scheduled to appear before the DFA consular officer where they will affix their thumbmarks aand signature. Teleserv’s personnel will be ready to escort and assist the client the moment they arrive at the DFA. With this faster passport processing procedure dubbed  Green Lane Passport Assistance ®, the process will only take about 10-15 minutes of the applicant’s time, doing away with long and tedious steps encountered by ordinary passport applicants. The service is capped with a door-to-door delivery that covers the whole country from Batanes to Jolo.

Everyone can now enjoy new passport application and passport renewal by just dialling the DFA Passport Direct hotline service (02)737-1000. Enjoy a hassle-free passporting experience from now on.     i am planning my 15 year old daughter to bring here n abu dhabi..i want her to study here…what are the papers that i have to prepare because i want her to have the passport now since my husband and i are both here,and i asked my brother in law to accompany her in getting the passport so that i can fix and bring her visa before going for a vacation…do i need to get an SPA from our consulate and send in the philippines?

    I had my personal appearance in Pamplona, Tanjay, Negros Oriental on April 24, 2009. I need my passport on May 18, 2009 for educational travel to Bangkok, Thailand. May 18 is also the 15th day period required by the travel agency that I will be receiving my passport. My concern is will I receive it before May 18 so that I am sure of leaving my appointed departure on May 19? I am so much troubled about this… Please help me on this.     I need my birth certificate ( secpa) to be authenticated or have it in red ribbon by the DFA manila. Can I just send it via LBC to manila? how long will it take for my documents to be released?

    ask ko lang po pa anu gagawin ko kc po nag aplly po ako ng passport sa agency kaya lang nwalan na ko ng contact dun sa agency at di ko narin po cla makontac anu po dapat kong gawin ask ko narin po kung talaga naipasok ng agency ung application ko pls responce
