    Hey Anton

It seems that we were left with an empty bag of promises…….
not even the token for all the photographers who participated.

Does the top honchos in Ayala Land Premier management knows about this???
    Hmmmmm………

    Renzo,

Whats the Story?? maybe you can enlighten us?

  3. renzo on May 7th, 2007 6:39 pm

At first, I was told that the check was already prepared last March 28 and would be released early next week. I did follow it up again April 3 with someone in Ayala Land Premier and she replied to my text and said that the check is already prepared but unfortunately the signatory is on vacation leave already but she will look for someone to who can sign for him.

Fast forward to May 7 — no more replies to any of the winners as well.
Maybe we might be texting the wrong person or a wrong number.
Or probably the celphone was stolen or lost.
Or maybe the dog just ate the celphone :-)

March 28 – May 7? hmm thats a long run around… Who is your contact person for the photo contest?

  5. renzo on May 8th, 2007 2:12 am

To this date, we have haven’t heard anything from Ayala Westgrove Photo which was sponsored by Ayala Land Premier.
We tried to text the contact person, Mariwin Sugay. But there was no more reply whatsoever.

The other winners haven’t heard anything too from the photo contest organizers.

    hi vanessa,

the two ayala projects westgrove and anvaya has their own uniqueness. anvaya is locatye in morong bataan, a leisure home with a sea and mountain setting, while westgrove is in silang cavite with a sweeping expanse of over 400 hectares of hills, valleys and mango trees.

I was just browsing, and looking for pictures of Anvaya.. though i have pictures of my own…

To Vanessa asking about Westgrove vs Anvaya

Westgrove – my impression is that it’s mainly residential, with Schools within the area, St. Scholastica, cooler temperature as it’s a few kms drive to Tagaytay, around 15 minutes if without traffic; Anvaya is more for leisure, and for those who love the beach; if the lot you buy is at the Cliffside area, a few minute walk will bring you to the exclusive beach cove, but there’s only very few lots left at the Cliffside; maybe there’s more in Ph2 or 3; it’ll have a golfcourse as well ( Woodpark area), entrance to Anvaya 10km from Subic ( where Zoobic Zafari, Ocean Adventure, Duty Freeshops, I.S. School, few people, light traffic, American designed roads, clean air – if you love Subic and you don’t have to work in Makati or Manila, Anvaya then… not sure though if they have schools in that area… i see only I.S. at the Binictican drive

see also anvayacove.ph ( for premier Ayala properties, deal only with ALSI – Ayala Land Sales – they don’t normally have outside brokers…they can attend to your queries even if you’re outside Philippines

First of all, I love the pictures Anton! Awesome! Congrats!

To VANESSA, please email me at donaldbercasio@gmail.com. I can help you with your inquiries. I am connected with Ayala Land, although I know nothing about the photo shoot guys sorry. Although if it’s okay with you, I can feedback your concerns to some people I know who may have something to do with the aforementioned event. But I am with you with your concerns, I am an artist-at-heart too (writer), have lots of artist friends, and dabbled for a while in photography while I was in college, so I am pretty much sure I can see where you are coming from. And besides, ang usapan ay usapan diba? So I hope there was just some miscue somewhere the line and hope everything will turn out well. God bless!
