Aliwan Photo Contest 2007 by the FPPF
Who Can Join: The contest is open to all photographers, hobbyistsbelonging to camera clubs affiliated with Federation of PhilippinePhotographers Foundation (FPPF).Camera: Film or DigitalPhoto Subjects: Include, but not limited to, the festivities,games, shows, participants, spectators, décor, and costumes relatedto the celebration of Aliwan Fiesta 2007Entries: 8×10 in. on photo paper. Inkjet printouts not allowed.Borders optional, not to exceed 1 inch on any side. Submit printswith the corresponding official entry forms (club). Film or digitalcamera output on photo paper processed by photo labs only. Entrieswill be limited to 20 per club.Registration: No registration required.Provisions: Alterations after exposure-digital darkroom, painting,airbrushing, paste-on or assembly – are not allowed. Only normaldarkroom techniques such as dodging, burning and cropping areallowed. Any creative effects must be done in-camera at the time ofexposure, such as multiple exposure, flash fill, light painting,filtration, etc.Deadline of Submission: 05 May 2007, 2pm during the Photoworld CupContest for May 2007Winning Entries:Top 30 entries shall become the property of the organizer, with fullrights to reproduce, exhibit or publish for promotional purposes.The organizers may, without paying financial compensation to thephotographers, display prints in a public place or publish printsfor the purposes of promoting the organizers’ events or any by-product event arising from the photo contest.Non-winning entries: Non-winning prints may be retrieved from theFPPF Office starting May 5, 2007.
