“Aliwan Festival” is once again upon us, the Philippines’ grandest, loudest, and most colorful festivals come together to compete in the national championship of festivals on 26-28 of April 2007 at the CCP complex and the Quirino Granstand.

“Aliwan Festival 2007″ is shaping up to bring excitement to a whole new level this year with more Contingents and more preparation for the event, from last years showing.. showcasing the best of the Philippines.
