Internet Slowdown: Smart 3G Internet Speed as of Jan9

And the winner of the speed test is…  Smart 3G Internet.. beating out PLDT Mydsl and Eastern Telecom’s DSL .. well maybe just for now till they get that cable fixed.. probably safe to say that Smart (or pldt) has diverted a chunk of their bandwidth to the Smart Celphone service…
This will be probably be the few times that the Smart 3G will be faster than it DSL counterparts…  decent speed compared to the 2 earlier tests that were even slower than normal dialup services!
