Who can Join        Open to all Amateur and Professional Photographers
Camera            Film Camera (use Fuji film only) Digital Camera – any format
Contest prints        Color prints printed only on Fuji paper. Inkjets not accepted
Size of prints        8 x 10 with or without borders. Borders should not exceed 1” all sides
Registration fee     P150.00 inclusive of one roll 100 asa YKL film. Extra films at P60 each

Winning entries    Negatives/ FILE of the Top 10 winners are required to be submitted for validation.
Top 30 prints shall become the property of the organizers with full right to reproduce, exhibit or publish for promotional purposes. The Organizers may without paying financial compensation to the photographers display prints in a public place or publish the prints for the purpose of promoting the organizers’ events or any by-product event arising from the photo contest.

Copyright will still remain with the photographer.
All decisions of the judges are FINAL.
Provisions
Alterations after exposure–digital darkroom, painting, airbrushing,
paste-on or assembly–are not allowed. Only normal darkroom techniques
such as dodging, burning in and cropping are allowed. Any creative
effects must be done in-camera at the time of exposure, such as
multiple exposure, flash fill, light painting, filtration, etc.
