Nikon curves test: we are currently compiling and testing nikon curves

We are currently testing the existing nikon curves available online (fotogenics, jtb, kommins, sreala, white wedding, optima) and will come up with a photo gallery using different curves to see the actual effect of these curves on actual realtime shooting conditions.

At the moment we are currently testing new curves for the nikon d2x and nikon d200. Note that each camera reacts differently to different curves.

if you have new curves for testing please forward us a link so we can add them to our list of nikon curves.

This will be our first project for the year and hope that we get more interesting photography stuff to share online.

Internet Slowdown isnt a slowdown anymore.. PLDT DSL not working anymore

Seem like Pldt dsl bandwidth has been diverted to the Smart network to be able to supply the demand for international calls and other cellphone network bandwidth needs.

This means that the Smart 3G is the only internet connection working at this point.. and from the stats of one of my webservers Bayantel seems to be online too…

Am posting this using smart 3G Internet.

PLDT DSL Sent out email this morning saying that DSL service may encounter intermittent degradation and that their bandwidth capacities have been reduced and they are working on the problem via alternate routes..

Bandwidth on a normal day would hit up to 170KBPS.. now its only doing 60kbps.. better than nothing…
