Entries
-8r (8×10 in) color prints on Fuji photo paper. (No Black and white)
Inkjet printouts not allowed. Borders are optional, not to exceed
one inch on any side.

-Submit prints with the corresponding data sheet attached at the back
of each entry.

-Participants may submit unlimited entries and photo should be taken
on November 25,2006 only.

Submission Deadline
-December 1, 2006 until 7pm only @ The New office at Femii bldg. Intramuros
Manila

Provisions
-Alterations after exposure–digital darkroom, painting, airbrushing,
paste-on or assembly–are not allowed. For digital enhancements such
as Layering, masking, and adding or deducting an element in your
photo is also unacceptable. Only normal darkroom techniques such as
dodging, burning in and cropping are allowed. Any creative effects
must be done in-camera at the time of exposure, such as multiple
exposure, flash fill, light painting, filtration, etc.

-The name or face of the participant should not appear on the entry

-The decision of the board of judges will be final.

Awarding
-To be announced at a later date

Winning Entries
-Top 10 winners are required to submit the RAW file for verification /
validation. Failure to submit are automatically disqualified.

-Top 30 prints shall become the property of the organizers with full right
to reproduce, exhibit or publish for promotional purposes. The Organizers
may without paying financial compensation to the photographers display
prints in a public place or publish the prints for the purpose of promoting
the organizers‚ events or any by-product event arising from the photo
contest. Copyright will still remain with the photographer.

Non-winning entries
-Non-winning prints may be retrieved from the FPPF (Manila) starting
December 16, 2006
