My nikon 28-70 f2.8 is finally back… but it will cost me 26k for all repairs including shipping
Got a call from Precy of columbia and she mentioned that my lens is ready for pickup.. thats the good news
the bad news is that repairs and shipping cost a total of 26k.. ouch.. well better then spending 90k+ for a
new nikon 28-70 f 2.8 lens…
was my fax to japan effective? from how i understand things to move from the last letter that the nikon appeal group sent
it will take several weeks before that fax makes hits the office of the CEO… so i guess it just finally arrived because
i have not heard of stories of columbia taking more than a year to deliver any repairs….
for whatever its worth, I hope that my fax will get a little attention and hope that it can help whoever… I hope
they contact us or maybe hear out our concerns.
