Ripples: Rowing down pasig river

One of my all time favorite photos is the one I took at makati bridge overlooking passing river looking down. Did
this for another Zone V Camera Club Contest with the Theme “Looking Down”
I titled it Ripples… Take a look why.

Photo of Pasig River

How I took it.

I woke 6am knowing that the rowing team of most of the schools row at this time. Was lucky enough that i didnt have to wait when i got to the bridge.. parked on the side and walked up the bridge waited and watched the boats go by and after a few minutes the boat arrives slowly and surely leaving the ripples as it glides by on the calm river…. took 3 shots and that was it.. i knew i had something good.

What did I use?

My Fuji S1 and my sigma 24-70 F2.8 (sold this lens already)

Would i have taken this shot differently now?

NOPE Love the way i took it…

Wait there’s more! Take a peek and see the Beauty of the Philippines!
